Third-Party Integrations

We use third-party services to help improve the functionality and performance of P3 Works. One such service is Sentry, which helps us collect stack traces and bug context data to diagnose and rectify issues within our app.

Data Shared with Sentry

Types of Data: Error reports, which may include data like stack traces, type of device, operating system version, and other contextual data that can aid in diagnosing the error. Note: While we strive to ensure no personally identifiable information (PII) is included in these reports, there's a possibility that such data might be captured inadvertently.

Purpose: To assist in diagnosing and addressing technical issues and bugs within the app.

Secure Data Handling

We prioritize the protection of your data. All personal and sensitive user data is encrypted and stored securely. Any transfer of such data is done over secure, encrypted connections. We have also implemented strict security protocols to prevent unauthorized access, modification, or disclosure of user data.

Data Retention and Deletion

Collected data may be uploaded to the P3 Works servers and/or our service provider servers or may be simply stored on a user's device. User data is retained until the purpose for which it was collected has been achieved. Post this period, or if a user requests deletion of their data, we ensure the complete removal of said data from our systems.

Users can enable or disable access to location or photo data at any time, through their device settings.

Users can request deletion of any data associated with their personal account or deletion of their account entirely by contacting our support team at p3worksapp@mctx.org.

Access

This Privacy Policy is hosted on a publicly accessible, non-geofenced, non-editable URL. Users can access it via standard browsers without the requirement of any plug-ins or special handlers.

Updates to This Policy

From time to time, we may update this policy. When we do, we will provide a notification within the app and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this policy.
